MMR catch up programme

If you have a child aged between 13 months and 18 years who has not had any, or only 1, MMR vaccination we are running a catch up programme until 31st March 2010. Pre school age children can be taken to our immunisation clinics. These are held at St. Michael’s Surgery on a Tuesday morning from 10.30 to 11.30 and at the Beehive Surgery on a Wednesday morning from 10.30 – 11.30am. No appointment is necessary.

For children aged between 5 and 18 years please make an appointment with the practice nurse.

HPV vaccination (protection against cervical cancer)

The practice is able to offer a course of 3 vaccinations against HPV (human papilloma virus) for girls aged 17 and 18. Please make an appointment with the practice nurse. Girls aged from 12 to 16 will be offered a vaccination by their school nurse.

NHS Dental Practice opens at St. Michael's Surgery

From 27th October 2008 ADP Dental Services are offering a full NHS dental service open to everyone. Telephone Bath 339882 for registration details or call in at the practice.

Commuter Clinic

The practice now offers a commuter clinic for working patients who are unable to attend during the normal opening hours of 8.30am - 6.00pm. These are pre-booked routine appointments only and clinics are held one night a week from 6.00 - 7.30pm and alternate Saturday mornings from 8.00am - 11.30am.
