In January/February last year, we conducted an in-house patient survey. The questionnaire was handed to 200 randomly selected patient's attending the practice with an appointment to see either a doctor or practice nurse.

These surveys give the practice feedback on how you rate us and any changes that you feel could take place to make the service more accessible.
