The 2020 Coronavirus pandemic led to changes in how general practice consults with their patients. Our GP’s now routinely telephone patients and only see those face to face that cannot be helped remotely.
We are able to help many patients in a telephone consultation, but many more can be helped if the GP or nurse can see the problem. This can be achieved through photographs or a video consultation.
One of our Minerva Group GP’s, Dr Daniela Hall has created some documents to help patients prepare for a remote consultation.
If you do not feel confident using technology please discuss this with reception or the GP.
