The Practice Manager is available to answer questions regarding the running of the Practice and to help with any matters of complaint. We welcome suggestions on how we can improve medical services to the community.

Reception

We have a team of experienced receptionists who deal with appointments and enquiries on the telephone and at reception. Receptionists will not divulge information concerning patients to a third party, as this is strictly confidential and can only be given to the patient concerned.
